1. Scope of Creative Services

V2 Visuals provides premium cinematography, photography, pre-production planning, and video post-production editing services. The detailed scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for any project will be outlines in a separate mutually signed Production Agreement.

2. Payment Schedules & Deposits

To reserve a booking date for any shoot, a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the project total) is required. The remaining balance is due upon final review and approval of the project, prior to the release of high-resolution, watermark-free master files.

3. Intellectual Property & Footage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final delivered master video files and high-resolution photographs for promotional, commercial, and editorial purposes. V2 Visuals retains all rights to the raw footage, project files, and the right to showcase the final assets in its portfolio, website, reels, and social media channels.

4. Revisions & Reviews

Every standard contract includes up to two (2) rounds of post-production revisions on the delivered draft cuts. Revisions must be submitted in writing within ten (10) business days of receiving the draft. Additional revisions or modifications requested after this period, or beyond the scope of the original agreement, will be billed at our standard hourly editing rate.

5. Postponement & Cancellation

If the Client needs to cancel or postpone a scheduled production date, they must notify V2 Visuals at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Postponements with less than 48 hours notice may incur resheduling fees to cover contracted crew or equipment bookings.
